Conceptualization is done based on existing designs and newer requirements which may vary depending on the client requirements. Our engineers evaluate multiple approaches before arriving at the optimal design concept.
Basic design development and verification both for 2D and 3D is done using AutoCAD. Newer designs are scrutinized by 3D modeling to ensure dimensional compliance and compatibility of components in the string. Die manufacturing is done with CAM software as input for the CNC Milling machine, producing error-free dies.
Verification and validation of designs is done by a team of professionals using various software. This step ensures every dimension, tolerance, and material specification is precisely correct before moving to prototype production.
Proto testing of the samples is carried out to ascertain if the fitment of various components in the string is as per design and there is no undue stress on members. Physical prototypes are assembled and evaluated under real-world conditions.
Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical tests are carried out on the samples to ensure 100% Raw Material compliance along with various other design requirements. Only products that pass all tests proceed to the next stage.
Products which pass this stringent process are released for Mass Production. Once a design is accepted, we scale it up with full confidence in its quality and performance, backed by thorough engineering documentation.
